Dr. Singh is a technology veteran having built venture-backed
technology companies. As a University of Waterloo Engineering professor, he was
passionate about finding and designing useful applications of parallel and
distributed-systems.
As an educator for the last 15 years, Dr. Singh believes that both faculty and students need instructional technology designed for higher-education collaboration in mind. Dr. Singh has founded technology companies, most recently with SlipStream Data (acquired: Blackberry)
Ajit holds a Bachelor of Science from Bihar Institute of Technology, Masters from Nehru University, New Delhi and a Masters and PhD from the University of Alberta.

Nathan Arora
Nathan is a seasoned technology executive within the education-technology space for over 15
years. He manages the strategic planning and business operations and manages a number of
important cross-company initiatives.
In addition to YuJa, Nathan is a founder of SchoolTutoring.com, one of the largest provider of K-12 online tutoring providing supplemental education services to thousands of families each year. Prior to YuJa, he has worn many hats including being an inventor, innovator, consultant and engineer within various organizations including Microsoft, Monitor Deloitte, and SlipStream (acquired: Blackberry).
Nathan holds a Bachelors of Math in Computer Science (Economics Minor) from the University of Waterloo, Masters of Science in Engineering from University of Washington and MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Duke University. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at First Congregational Church of Palo Alto.
Chief Technology Officer
YuQi Huang
YuQi is responsible for driving and managing the company’s product roadmap and delivering
industry-leading innovations in video tools and digital asset management.
YuQi has extensive experience designing both enterprise-grade and mobile platform from
designing network traffic analytic applications to being the architect of bleeding edge
mobile applications. As an engineer, YuQi enjoys architecting large-scale systems and
solving difficult problems within the distributed systems space. Before joining YuJa, he
worked at XtremeLabs, a leading provider of mobile solutions.
He holds a Bachelors of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from the
University of Waterloo.
Director of Information Security
Yiming Zhang
Yiming manages both the Product and Operations Team’s responsibilities related to enterprise
architecture, data security and governance and threat modeling.
He also works closely with
our Legal Counsel to ensure that our information technology policies and practices meet our
regulatory and compliance requirements. Yiming has worked extensively in designing security
architectures of multi-tier cloud architectures for over 10 years.
He holds a Bachelors of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of
Waterloo.

Nannette Don
Nannette works across industry verticals to ensure we provide organizations with
industry-leading ed-tech platforms.
Nannette has over 15 years of experience building client relationships through education and over 25 years of experience in customer communication and transaction fulfillment. Prior to joining YuJa, Inc, in 2016, Nannette assisted and taught C-Level Executives and Business Owners how to achieve uncommon value and returns in their careers, within diverse industries, for nearly 10 years. Her focus at YuJa is on resource planning, strategic sales planning and advising customers on how to achieve their organizational goals through procuring industry-leading Ed-Tech solutions.
Nannette was born, raised and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
Director of Solutions Engineering
Kline Boudreau
Kline manages both the Customer Success and Implementation responsibilities and drives
overall customer satisfaction. He also works closely with our Product Team to ensure that
all customer requests and deliverables are met in a timely fashion.
Prior to YuJa, Kline spent 8 years implementing training and onboarding processes to various
technology companies. Kline is a strong advocate for a “consultative approach” to customer
success and believes a great product is a result of a continuous feedback loop directly from
clients.
He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

Isaac Kingsmith
As Director of Business Development Isaac seeks strategic business opportunities, develops ecosystem partnerships, and analyzes the competitive landscape.
Isaac has worked in client-facing roles for over 10 years where he has generated and managed numerous key accounts with bespoke enterprise deployments across different verticals. Isaac’s team plays a key role in not only educating the market and forging new relationships but also in continuing the growth of the company. He personally enjoys learning and teaching about the practical application of novel technologies, as well as working with across functional teams to futureproof YuJa’s offerings.
Isaac is a Bay Area native and holds a degree in Psychology from The University of California Santa Cruz.

Yennhu leads a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Analysts, committed to enhancing the customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle.
With her extensive background in onboarding and training users across various industries, Yennhu leverages her experiences to effectively prioritize customer needs and preferences. Her passion for helping others positions her as a strong advocate for the customer within the product team, actively driving and influencing product development. Yennhu’s team, leveraging their product expertise and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, plays a vital role in fostering valuable partnerships and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Born and raised in San Jose, Yennhu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Prior to YuJa, he built software products for a diverse range of industries.
